Return Policy
Overview
At HEmanuel Prints LLC, every product is made to order with purpose, precision, and care.
We are a U.S.– registered business based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and we partner with trusted U.S. fulfillment centers to ensure that every design is crafted with quality and shipped with care.
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not keep stock or resell returned products. However, we gladly accept replacements or refunds for issues such as defects, printing errors, or shipping damage.
Our goal is simple — to make sure you love what you receive.
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will review and resolve your request quickly and respectfully.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged items received upon delivery
- Incorrect product, size, or design sent in error
- Major printing or quality issue verified by our team
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (where applicable).
Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are printed and made on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size orders due to incorrect selection by the customer (please refer to size charts before purchasing)
- “Change of mind” reasons
- Digital downloads or gift cards
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:
- Contact us immediately at contact@hemanuelprints.com
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to quickly investigate and replace or refund your order.
